Spunky Llama is committed to the privacy of our clients. We have developed this policy to protect the information gathered by us during the sign up to our services, and in providing our services. We collect certain information from clients for billing and administrative functions. None of the information collected for these functions is provided to any outside party for any reason. All data collected by us is held in a secure environment on our server. The only exception to this rule is domain name registration. Domain name registrars require certain personal information from domain registrants to register any domain. This is an ICAAN and AuDA policy and is not an option. Privacy can be purchased for some domain names, to limit what information is held on the public domain registrants databases (whois).

Security measures are in place to protect against loss, alteration, or misuse of data collected. Clients are responsible for ensuring that only they or their authorized designees (eg website designer, staff) utilize their accounts and web hosting space. Spunky Llama will not pass on any access details to a third party without the express written permission (or email) of the client. Clients can retrieve their login details through the provided forms on spunkyllama.com - access details will be emailed out to the last registered email address. If this email is no longer accessible, you are advised to contact us to arrange access. Identification may need to be produced.

Suspected incidents of unauthorized use of a client account should be reported immediately to us. Clients are advised to change their website access passwords regularly to help maintain the security of their account, personal details, and website hosting space.

This site contains links to resources outside the Spunky Llama web site, including examples of our design work. Spunky Llama is not responsible for the content of those sites. Personal information that may be displayed on the client's site is the responsibility of the client.
