What payment methods do you accept?

Our prefered payment method is paypal, which means your account will be set up instantly. We will also accept direct deposit into our bank account, cheques (subject to clearance), and money orders.

I'm not very computer literate, can I order hosting over the phone or by mail?

Yes! If our ordering system bamboozles you, we are happy to accept orders by phone, email, fax or snail mail. We have an order form for this, which you can download here.

How do I get help with my hosting?

All our customers are provided with 6 different ways of contacting us, these details are in your welcome email. You can also log in to your account area and submit a support ticket. This function is also available through your control panel.
